Goddess Icons spirit banners are sacred images of the divine feminine from the many cultures of the world. Icons connect to the deep soul expression of the divine mystery of life. Each image was created and revered at some time in human history. The first banners were created by Lydia for an exhibition at the Celsus Library in Ephesus, Turkey. This full color book contains over 400 images and is about the icons, their journeys and stories.

Lydia Ruyle's research into sacred images of women has taken her around the globe. She creates Goddess Icon banners, exhibits them and teaches at the University of Northern Colorado and does workshops throughout the U. S. and internationally. In 2002 her banners are flying in Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, England, Japan and the U.S. spreading their divine feminine energies.
